I went on a double date here for a pottery wheel class. It was so fun! The teacher was great; encouraging and chill. We got a good feel for how things work and had plenty of time to try some different techniques. (I recommend trimming your nails before you go to make things are a little easier.) I will definitely be going back for more classes in the future!
Such an enjoyed afternoon! Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. No experience needed! Create your own design or they will give you suggestions!

I highly recommend Art on the rocks! My sisters and I did the stoneware mug making class with Katie as our instructor and she was amazing! She walked us through the process step by step and was such a joy to have as our teacher! We can’t wait to go back to glaze our mugs and to take more classes with her!

melissa is really nice, i love coming here in my free time because everyone is so welcoming and it's a great place for creativity. stacey is an amazing teacher and i would really recommend coming here even if you aren't familiar with the concept of art because there are so many things to learn, along with a variety of colors and techniques!!
I found Art on the Rocks this past fall. I have been coming back almost weekly now to work on various projects. Stacey and her crew are amazing. They are all super helpful especially if you want to try out a new technique. AOTR is a great place for all ages, there are all sorts of projects fit for any age or ability.
Stacey is great with kids too. I've witnessed many interactions and she is always patient and willing to teach the kids the process so they understand why they can't take their projects home that day. Explaining how the kiln works.
The group of people who work with Stacy are great! They often give advise on paint choices, encourage you with observations and are always friendly! This is my new spot to de-stress and get out of the house.
